SolidWorks World 2013 officially starts today. \u00a0The General Session promises to be great. \u00a0Yet, somehow, I’ve been busy since Saturday. \u00a0That’s because there is a significant amount of interaction with customers before the official start. \u00a0As mentioned by Matthew West on the SolidWorks Blog<\/a>, the Product Definition and User Experience groups were conducting Alpha Testing for future releases. \u00a0Even more interaction with customers occurs on Sunday. \u00a0Some formal events occur on Sunday, like the CAD Managers Bootcamp. \u00a0Some informal events like the Tweepup were also scheduled.<\/p>\n

Now it’s Monday morning. \u00a0 Monday is usually a very busy day of the conference. \u00a0I’m looking forward to the day. \u00a0Last year, the experience of being\u00a0employed\u00a0by SolidWorks lead me to posting almost nothing during SolidWorks World. \u00a0I hope to be able to buck that trend this year, and post at least a few times on SolidWorks Legion. \u00a0 If you are at the show, please pop by the Product Definition booth in the Northern Foyer. \u00a0You can find me there this afternoon. \u00a0Now, it’s time for me to go eat breakfast and prepare for the day! \u00a0And, keep an eye out for tweets from everyone at #sww13.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
