In SOLIDWORKS 2015, there are two methods to change (flip) an angle dimension.<\/p>\n

Vertically Opposite Angle<\/h4>\n

You can now flip any placed angle dimension to its vertically opposite<\/a>\u00a0angle. \u00a0 This is useful when you wish to place the entire angle dimension outside of the model edges.<\/p>\n

  1. Right-click on the angle to bring up the right-click menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Display Options, then Vertically Opposite Angle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Explementary Angle<\/h4>\n

    You can now flip any placed angle dimension to its explementary angle. \u00a0Here is a way overly complex video about explementary\u00a0angles<\/a>. \u00a0Here’s a simpler explanation<\/a>\u00a0straight from the dictionary.<\/p>\n
